Karellion Apartment's

Urip Property SA has secured the famous Karellion Hotel located in Loutraki, Corinth in the state of the Peloponnese in Greece.
The 2100sqm building is being converted into 22 luxurious waterfront apartments, making it the closest residencies to the sea in all of Loutraki.
All properties will be sold off the plan with the first tranche of developments to be completed in 2025.
Urip Properties have engaged the renowned Greek Mutiny Architect and Design Group to design the new Karellion apartments. They specialize in restoring the essence of historical Greek buildings while incorporating modern elements of Greek architecture.
